Your rights set out in the GDPR From the 25th May 2018 The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force. It sets out how your information is handled by organisations such as us. GDPR requirements apply to each member state of the European Union, aiming to create more consistent protection of consumer and personal data across EU nations. |

What information do we collect about you? We hold your name and email address as part of the registration process. You may also opt to add further information to your 'My Page' area regarding your working history and other personal information such as your date of birth and possibly an uploaded photograph. |
We also host a 'Photo Gallery' with photographs taken at events and around work related situations. Many of these photographs have been tagged with the names of the people in them. |

How will we use the information about you? We use the information to send you our news letters and to allow other site members to find your details to make contact with you using your email address. Other site members may also view your optional personal information if you have allowed this on your page. |
Our photo gallery and the associated information is viewable by any visitor to our website. |
We do not share your personal information with any other third parties. |

Your rights You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate. |
Any personal information you have added to your 'My Page' can easily be changed or removed by yourself. Site members can also remove or edit captions within our 'Photo Gallery'. If you wish to have any photographs deleted/edited or your name removed permanently from them please get in touch via our 'Contact Us' page. |
If you no longer wish to be a member of our website you can use the 'De-register' link at the bottom of any of our emails or let us know using the 'Contact Us' page. Once the de-registration process is completed all your information is removed and deleted from the website. |
