Jo White, Peter's daughter contacted us asking to get in touch with Peter's former colleagues.
I write this with a heavy heart. My dad Pete White sadly passed away on 15th September surrounded by my mum Carol and all of his family.
He joined GPO in 1964 as an engineer and took early retirement in the 90s.
He was mostly based at Cow Lane, Oldham but worked from Ardwick, Stockport, Hyde, Manchester area as well as nationally.
He really was a character and if you knew him, you knew him.
