| Although only 30 people are allowed to attend the service due to Covid rules other people who wish to attend can stand outside to show their respects. The facility to set up a Zoom call can also be arranged should anyone want to attend remotely.

| Dave's daughter's Emma and Natalie have requested that any donations be made to East Cheshire Hospice.
