| Pete McDougall contacted us with this sad news:

| I have received an email from Terry Idle, Pete was a senior manager in BT Managed Network Services with staff based in Manchester.

|
| |
| |
|
| |
| Terry went on to say:
| |
|
| |
| We are very sorry to inform you all that Pete Carruthers died suddenly of a suspected heart attack on Saturday 4th March at his home in the Lakes. Pete's wife Lynne, has asked us to inform all of Pete's many friends and colleagues of this sad news.

| |
| It is hard to comprehend that Pete is no longer with us. He was extremely fit and lived a full life and was planning to fly out to Canada this week to visit his son and family.

|
| |
| Can any of the people receiving this email please forward it to anyone that knew Pete.

| |
| The date and details of the funeral are not yet known, but anyone wishing to attend - please forward their details to either Anil or Terry.

| I just wanted to share the details of the funeral arrangements and I do hope that some of you will be able to join myself and Pete's family.

| The service will be held at:

| The Parish Church of Saint Andrew,
| |
| St. Andrew's Place,
| |
| Penrith,
| |
| Cumbria,
| |
| CA11 7XX.
| |
| 12 noon on Friday, 17 March.
| |

| |
| This will be followed by a private internment at The Penrith Cemetery.

| |
| We would also be pleased if you would join us after the service for refreshments at the:
